Transit Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed during the weekend can’t be shipped until Monday. Shipping may take up to 9 business days to arrive.
Sales Tax & Duties
All California customer's orders are charged 8.25% state sales tax. International
customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, charges,
or tariffs applied at your border or at time of delivery.
Order Changes/Cancels
Because we try and ship every order out as fast as possible, it’s usually not possible to change or cancel an order after it has been processed and shipped. If you do need any changes made to your placed order or cancel it please try and email us as soon as possible. Of we are unable to stop the order before it ships, you are free to return or exchange any item being sent out.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
YugiohCafe.com accepts returns within 7 days from the date of shipment. Your return should include a copy of your original packing slip or invoice. If you do not have the packing slip, provide the following information with your return: name, address, email address, phone number, and order number, if available.

We can accept returns for:
- Any item in its original condition. Opened packs, decks, or any item
with the seal broken cannot be returned for any reason once opened.
- Defective merchandise. Please contact us before returning any defective
or damaged merchandise.
We cannot be responsible for packages lost during return. Therefore, we
highly recommend that your return be sent as an insured package. The credit
for your return will be applied to the credit card used to make the purchase.
It may take up to two credit card billing cycles for the credit to appear
on your statement. We do not refund the shipping costs unless there was
an error on our part. If merchandise has been opened, damaged or destroyed
by the receipient, we will charge up to a 50% restocking fee to cover the
costs of the damage. We cannot accept returns on packs or decks that have
been opened for any reason.
Exchanges
We can exchange merchandise within 7 days as long as the item you are returning
has not been opened or damaged. YugiohCafe.com inspects all merchandise when we receive it and ship it, and
we are confident that all merchandise is in perfect condition when shipped.
To maintain the integrity of our merchandise, we cannot accept returns for
opened merchandise. Exceptions will be made if the contents are damaged,
but under no circumstances will we accept returns on the following items:
- Opened Packs
- Opened Decks
- Single cards that are bent or damaged
